The tumbler comes with a food-grade PP silicone straw. It may have a slight odor upon initial use, which is normal. To remove the odor, soak the straw in hot water with lemon. This process will gradually restore the straw's freshness, ensuring your beverages taste as intended.

 3. Is the painted exterior prone to chipping?

The exterior features a durable painted finish. As long as you avoid using sharp objects that could scratch it, the paint will remain intact. Handle with care to preserve the timeless appearance of your tumbler.

 4. Should I be concerned about leakage from the lid?

Notes:

  2. After use, allow the rustic incense burner to cool down naturally. Do not use cold water to cool it, as rapid temperature changes may cause cracks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
  3. Any unburned charcoal should be removed promptly and fully extinguished to prevent fire hazards.
  4. The rustic incense burner has good thermal conductivity. Do not place it directly on the tabletop. Always place an insulating wooden pad under the burner to protect the surface from damage.
