Answer: Please inspect the bottle for any damage immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, contact us via email within 24 hours and provide photos and your order details. We will handle the issue promptly.

2. What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Answer: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. There may be delays or issues during shipping, such as a lost package. We will help you track your order and take appropriate action.

3. What should I do if my order hasn't been shipped for a long time?

Answer: We typically ship orders within 5 business days. If your order has not been shipped within this time, please contact us promptly. For certain high-risk orders (e.g., potential credit card fraud), we may delay shipping until we can verify the order with you.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Answer: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Answer: We currently ship to the following countries and regions: the United States (including Hawaii), Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, most EU countries, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. Please note that we do not ship to military bases, overseas military locations, commercial warehouses (such as Amazon warehouses), or certain offshore islands outside the mainland of some countries.

6. How can I track my order?

9. How long can your insulated bottles keep drinks hot or cold?

Answer: Our insulated bottles are made with high-quality materials and can typically keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. Specific insulation times may vary depending on the model.
