Most of the products are shipped within 7 working days after the order confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions and Address Requirements

Due to various potential factors during international shipping (including flight schedules, customs clearance speed, public holidays, strikes, and severe weather), we do not accept temporary or non-fixed addresses. If a delivery fails due to a temporary or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be held responsible.

The following types of addresses are not eligible for delivery:

• APO/FPO military bases

• Overseas territories and offshore islands of all countries
  (e.g., British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, etc.)

Country-specific address restrictions:

• Portugal and Greece: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.

• Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania: Some areas only support pickup at designated locations. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and reachable.

If the delivery fails multiple times, the package will be returned to the warehouse and held for redelivery. This process may take up to 15 days. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays or returns.

Due to the nature of international shipping, if the recipient's address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you. However, if no confirmation is received within 14 days, and the package is destroyed by customs in the destination country, we will not take responsibility for the loss.

Packaging Sustainability

To protect fragile items such as glassware, we may fill your shipping box with recycled paper for cushioning.
Both the paper and box are reusable and recyclable to reduce environmental impact.

Middle Eastern countries: 8-12 business days (A fee of $8 for standard postal registration and customs clearance will be charged for orders to Middle Eastern countries. ）

Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore: 3-7 business days.
South Korea: 6-8 business days.

Shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea is calculated based on the total weight of the order. A standard rate of USD $5 per kilogram applies.

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. After that, you will receive an email to see where your parcel is every time tracking information is updated.

Tracking Number Information

• If your tracking number begins with "SF", your parcel is shipped via SF Express.

• If your tracking number begins with "YT", your parcel is shipped via Yun Express.

Once the shipment arrives in the destination country, it will be transferred to a local courier for final delivery.

You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the corresponding courier's website or through the links in your shipping confirmation email.
