The tumbler comes with a food-grade PP silicone straw. It may have a slight odor upon initial use, which is normal. To remove the odor, soak the straw in hot water with lemon. This process will gradually restore the straw's freshness, ensuring your beverages taste as intended.

 3. Is the painted exterior prone to chipping?

The exterior features a durable painted finish. As long as you avoid using sharp objects that could scratch it, the paint will remain intact. Handle with care to preserve the timeless appearance of your tumbler.

 4. Should I be concerned about leakage from the lid?

Rest assured, each lid is equipped with a silicone leak-proof pad, effectively preventing any leakage issues. We are committed to providing a high-quality seal design for your peace of mind during usage.
